This year, our semi annual Miso making workshop is an official event to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of Japan-Canada Diplomatic Relationship.
As this is going to be a special year, we’d like to feature a bit more of Japanese culture.
Through miso making, we’ll explore the Japanese traditional philosophy – wa (和, harmony).
We’ll exercise how to harmonize with yourself, people around you and the world.
2 dates and Locations this spring – one in Digby in April 14th and another in Lawrencetown in April 28th.
