Miso Making Workshop in Spring 2018

Our semi annual Miso making workshop is coming soon!
This year we will do it twice – one in Digby and another in Laurencetown.

We use rice & quinoa Koji mix, PEI organic soy beans and gray sea salt.
You learn how to make Miso from scratch including Koji making.

Digby – April 14 (Sat), 2018
Laurencetown – April 28 (Sat), 2018
Time: 10AM~3PM
Cost:  Workshop Fee $60 + Optional Miso to take home ($15 for 500ml, $20 for 1L) – HST included
