Our distribution service will meet the need of someone who:
- is interested in different products
- is interested in local and organic foods
- doesn’t drive to a city regularly for shopping
- is trying to minimize online shopping due to the waste of individual packaging and shipping
- wants to support local businesses and producers
- enjoys face-to-face interaction
Do you have a store?
No, we don’t have a store.We coordinate your order and you come to pick it up at a pickup station.
Where is the Pickup Station?
The main station is on Lighthouse Rd, Digby.Alternatively we can arrange in Weymouth (Wild Rose Farm) or Smith Cove/Bear River (Riverside Pottery).
Do I need to pick it up right away?
No. You can come pick it up when it is convenient for you.After the order is ready for you, you will get the notification for pickup by e-mail.
If we don’t hear from you within a week, you will get a gentle reminder, though we keep your order for 2 weeks with no question. If you are away at that time, just let us know.
We will keep your products until you come back home.
What is a ‘Regular Sale’ ?
We take your order and do the all coordination with multiple suppliers for you.This happens 4 times a year regularly, typically February, May, August and October.
We call the regular ordering opportunity ‘Regular Sale’.
Is there an ‘Irregular Sale’ ?
Yes.Sometimes a spot sale happens.
Besides, we often have some items in stock (oriental food, nuts, dried fruits, etc) .
Please contact us if you are looking for something specific.
Do I need to sign up to make an order?
No, you don’t have to.However if you are not on the list, you won’t receive the upcoming sale notification from us.
You can unsubscribe the newsletter anytime, so we recommend you signup to start if you are interested.
How to make an order?
There 2 ways to send an order:
A) Use the order form1. Print out the order form
2. Fill it up
3. Scan it or take a photo of it
4. E-mail it to us B) “Free-Style” (don’t use the order form)
Simply type your order and e-mail
In that case, please write down:

– Quantity After you submit the order:

What’s your return policy?
If there is anything wrong with the product, please let us know within 14 days of product pickup.We will replace it, refund or give you the credit for it.
Order to Pickup
From order to product pickup, it will take 2 to 4 weeks on average.
