Start Your Own Business – 01

I decided to start my own business in late summer 2013. Since then I have gone through many steps one by one. I have been learning way more than I had imagined.
As I realized there is a lot to apply for our life, I would like to share my experiences with you. If this can be any help for those who are thinking of starting its own business, it will be my pleasure, too.

First, I recognize a cycle I am repeating at each stage of business development.

1. Why to do – the benefit/purpose to have my own business

2. What to do – What can I do and/or do I want to do?

3. How to do

a) Initial plan
b) Examine direct, indirect and no control factors
c) Coordination/get help
d) Revise plan

4. Action
5. Feedback and analysis

a) What worked
b) What didn’t work
c) Reevaluate the balance between time, effort and money
