Bring Okinawan Wisdom to Digby!

Masayo Tamachi is a truly spiritual person.

She is inspiring, creative, passionate and loving. She never gives up to believe we can change the world. Yes, a dreamer, the one who dreams so hard that makes it really happen!

She has been coming out of the tiny eastern islands Japan and now heading to the worldwide stage. This time she went to Italy to share her skills and knowledge about the food that vitalize people’s life.

Miki – the porridge like fermented rice sweetpotato food/drink has been known sacred in Okinawa, Japan. It’s the food she was saved by when she had  sever atopic dermatitis and struggled to keep going.

Through her own recovery from the hardest time of the life, she is now fully confident with the power of human, nature and love.

I met her in September in Tokyo. Her confidence is contagious so now I am confident as well that we can do it!

We can connect no matter where we live.

We can change the world if we believe in ourselves strongly enough.

We will find the way to make it happen.

We’ll have her here in Digby in spring 2017 when the new lives are just sprouting up in the nature. She is the one who can bring those lives into the food, and we will learn and apply it into our daily life. That’s how a small thing spreads and eventually it becomes a significant influence.

I am quite excited!!!
